Exceptional Service and Courtesy Good Day! I bought my Audi A-5 about 3 years ago…. I have been dealing with the sames service manager, Steve Meyer ever since. I could not be HAPPI Good Day! Steve has always honored my appointments in a timely mannner… suggested services needed when due and never pressured me to do anything that could wait. If it Needed to be done, he strongly suggested it! My car is in awesome condition due to his service and ease of bringing the car in. Usually/Always, he offers a loaner vehicle if the work is going to take some time and since I live in Delray, this makes life easier. On a work day, an associate came to get me from work to take me to pick up my car! The work is alway excellent and Kudos to the Audi Coral Springs Team! Kudos to Steve! OURSTANDING Emergency Service One evening a metal screw punctured one of my rear tires. AAA came, removed the damaged tire, and replaced it with my Audi's "temporary" spare. T One evening a metal screw punctured one of my rear tires. AAA came, removed the damaged tire, and replaced it with my Audi's "temporary" spare. The next morning I was at the service entrance of Audi Coral Springs before they opened. When they opened I explained to the service-writer, Steve, that I had no appointment but needed the damaged tire either repaired or replaced and reinstalled on the car. He took care of me almost immediately despite not having an appointment. While I waited, a new tire was installed since the old one was not repairable. Fortunately, when I bought the car I also purchased tire/wheel insurance so there was no charge for the new tire or the service. I highly recommend that insurance to a buyer. Within an hour or so the car was returned to me with the new tire installed, the temporary spare replaced beneath the trunk floor and the car had been washed and vacuumed. The service was exceptional and I am extremely pleased with the courtesy and speed with which my problem was resolved. More

Loyalty to Customer I have owned two Audi's since 2001. After ten years of service at this location, my service advisor was recently promoted. Needless to say, changin I have owned two Audi's since 2001. After ten years of service at this location, my service advisor was recently promoted. Needless to say, changing service advisors after so many years was difficult. My loyalty to The Audi brand was not only due to the engineering and quality of my vehicle, but also to the trust I had in my service advisor. I am happy to say that my new service advisor, Claudio Zullo, has provided me with the level of service that I have come to expect over the years. Based on his many years of experience and my recent service experience, I trust that the quality of service I have received over the years will continue. More

Excellent Customer Service On Monday July 6th, I had a tire blow out and was forced to use the spare. I looked at the inventories at several local tire shops and observed that On Monday July 6th, I had a tire blow out and was forced to use the spare. I looked at the inventories at several local tire shops and observed that none had the inventory of tire I required and the wait was going to be 3-4 days. I decided to show up first thing in the morning and try my luck. I was met by my advisor, Brendan Smith, who took me in with no questions asked. When I advised him of meetings I had later that morning, he provided me with a loaner car so I could attend my meetings while they took care of my car. The price of the tires was similar to other dealers and the price I ended up paying was less than the original quote. More
