Although my Audi A8 was bought at the Audi Coral Springs, I live on Miami Beach and therefore was looking into an Audi service dept. closer to home to begin a relationship with. It was thru an email about my warranty that I spoke with the Coral Springs Internet Manager Gino Walsh. To my delight he won me over to his service dept. by rolling out the red carpet! He explained with enthusiasm that my Audi A8 purchase entitled me to a FIRST CLASS CONCIERGE SERVICE. And boy did I get it! My (amazing) side assist system had failed and I wanted it repaired. Gino suggested and arranged for my car to be picked up at my home and a courtesy A6 brought over... via FLATBED. Incredible! Then Luan, the Service Manager personally took down the notes on what to check on the car, like the gas tank flip door, giving me a problem. Steve, the Service Advisor then called to say the job was done and they had even reconditioned my wheels in a complimentary program. WOW! All in all, it was a remarkable team that unfolded this "Flagship" program in my first experience servicing my A8. I can't wait for the 5,000 mile check...!!! I am impressed and grateful. Obviously Coral Springs Audi went the extra extra miles for me! More

This was the second time we used Steve as our salesperson. My husband and I leased an A6 in August and Steve was very helpful and professional during that purchase. We stopped by Audi Coral Springs to look(just look) at A6's and get a price for our trade( 2005 A6). Our sales person Steve Kincaid was a pleasure to deal with. Very patient. Never pressured us. Coral Springs had a 2012 we liked, the price worked out and our trade in price acceptable. We had no intention of buying when we walked in the door but things fell into place as we moved along. The dealership had a good feel to it. We are very satisfied. Let's call it a Good Buying Experience. This is our 4th Audi and 2nd A6. We looked at BMW's, Audi's in West Palm. The sales ploy there is to oversell by $1000's over list. The selling price constantly went up. I should sent them a thank you card for scaring us off. We ended up at Audi Coral Springs. If you are considering an Audi give them a visit. More
Visited the dealer to get a new car, salesman was friendly, but the sales manager is a crook! They wanted an outrageous amount of money for a lease without running a credit report or getting an appr friendly, but the sales manager is a crook! Do not deal with a manager by the name of Gino... He is a thief! He is looking for the next naive customer so he can rip them off! More
The service department here is the absolute worst! Boy we got a real awakening visiting the Coral Springs service department. First Dave a service rep LIED to us an never called us back (which he said he would) to give us a quote on how much it would cost to replace our accessory belt on our '07 A4. Then when we showed up at the dealer he LIED again an said he "did call back and left a voice mail". Then when we asked him again on the cost to replace the belt, he turned to this sleazy looking service rep and he then began to tell us that the squeaking was the timing belt not the accessory belt. This is without even seeing the vehicle. I know for a fact he was trying to SCAM us because, our dealer in Maine told us it was the accessory belt and we had some time to change it, that is why we waited till we made the move to Florida to have it done. Never the less we left there without even getting the answer to our original question on how much to change the accessory belt. You would think this dealership (which looks like it should be the corporate office) would be more honest to their customers, because it doesn't look like their are hurting for money. We almost have the right mind to drive the 1500 miles back to Maine to have HONEST work done on our vehicle. SHAME ON YOU CORAL SPRINGS AUDI! I bet if this was your own mother coming in for service you wouldn't try to scam her. More
I received an email correspondence from Anthony letting me know about their holiday sale this weekend. I am a current Audi owner and really wanted to upgrade. I had 8 months left on my lease and thought that it would be virtually impossible to get out early and not have to throw in ton of cash. I explained to Anthony exactly what I was looking for and within 4 hours, I was out the door in my new car. I cannot say enough good things about how professional and knowledgable Anthony was through the whole process. Honesty and Integrity is what I found in dealing with him. Great experience.Who says that about buying a car? I do! More

Without even a moments hesitation he said absulutely and wouldn't hear of accepting anything in return.He said "this is how people SHOULD treat each other!It's my pleasure." So even though he has just worked yet anouther I'm sure long day,he drove us for gas,took us to our car AND waited to make sure we were OK and our car was running.All this was at least a half hour after a long day. WHAT A NICE GUY!! If you EVER need a car you will be so pleasantly surprised working with this great guy.Forget any negative thing you thought about car salesmen-this man would be wonderful to deal with.
