Audi Coral Springs

I recently purchased a 2013 A8 4.0T from Audi Coral Springs and I cannot believe I'm saying this, buying a car was actually very enjoyable!! I dealt mostly with Brendan and Neil and never once was the Springs and I cannot believe I'm saying this, buying a car was actually very enjoyable!! I dealt mostly with Brendan and Neil and never once was there any high pressure sale, just friendly haggling until a mutual price was reached. After the financing was completed, Neil actually spent at least 1 1/2 hours customizing my car to all my specs, which I realized was the tip of the iceberg. Neil at that time offered for me to make an appt so he could come to my house and link my car to my garage and continue teaching me all the amazing features of my car. As a matter of fact when I sent Neil an e-mail to make an appt, he actually called me while he was on vacation to confirm the day. Where in the heck do you get that kind of service!! When he came to my house he had to spend at least 2 hours setting up my car and teaching me more of the features of this incredible car!! This car is so technically advanced, I think it's going to take Neil many of hours of training to teach me everything. Neil advised me he would spend as much time as I need, now that's what I call service!! When I was talking to Neil that Saturday while he was on vacation and told him I was going to call Brendan to set-up an appt to get my car Derma Plated, I wasn't expecting him to do what he did!! When I called Brendan a few minutes later, Neil had already called him and advised him about my intentions of calling him. When I spoke to Brendan he gave me the green light to come on over now and he would have a car waiting. I definitely wasn't expecting a brand new A8 4.0T waiting for me to drive until my car was going to ready in about 2 hours. That's the first time I ever got a loaner which was the exact car I was dropping off for service and I've owned BMW, Mercedes and Lexus. Speaking of previously owning BMW, Mercedes and Lexus, I always thought JM Lexus was the Gold Standard. Well I can honestly and enthusiastically say Audi Coral Springs has been my best experience ever!!! Neil and Brendan, thank you very much and I will refer who ever I can. So I started speaking with Greg Shuman after seeing this used car from Audi of Coral Springs on their Website, Cars.com & Autotrader.com. I was looking at an 2013 Audi Q7 which was handsomely priced at $ 43 used car from Audi of Coral Springs on their Website, Cars.com & Autotrader.com. I was looking at an 2013 Audi Q7 which was handsomely priced at $ 43,992. The main features which attracted me to this car was that this car had Panoramic Sunroof, Navigation and Rear view Camera which were all included. So to me this was great, this was what I was looking for. I spoke with Greg and at numerous times and as I spoke to him to confirm of these features he said yes to all my answers. So I went forward with the transaction. This car was located in South Florida and I live in NY. I asked Greg to make sure everything was ready for me as I would be driving down there to pick up this vehicle. Greg ensured me everything was fine. I started driving down in the trade in car with my wife and my daughter. I get there in the evening to find that the car had none of the features that the ad says it does(classic bait & switch). I was so angry with what they just did to me. On top my credit was run numerous times already as they were trying to look at different rates seeing that this is just a used car not new or CPO (certified pre-owned) capable. Meaning you get crappy rates from banks. WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. this place does some shady stuff I would not trust them at all. They blame their errors on other techs who put them up. As managers its your JOB to look at these posts to make sure everything being written is the truth. If you cant even have a credible site then why bother? More
