This was my best car buying experience. I went online to inquire about pricing for a new Audi Q5.The information was forwarded to me within minutes thru my email by Anthony Segreto, along with color combina inquire about pricing for a new Audi Q5.The information was forwarded to me within minutes thru my email by Anthony Segreto, along with color combinations and specifications. I later called Anthony on the telephone and we agreed to pricing. When I arrived at the showroom, my vehicle was detailed, gassed up and waiting in the delivery area to be driven home. The pricing on the vehicle was just as we had spoken, not one penny more. A brief visit in the finance office and I was an AUDI owner, probably for life after this visit to AUDI OF CORAL SPRINGS. More
I was very pleased by the Audi dealership in Coral Springs. The building is beautiful and clean. They were friendly, attentive, helpful and negotiated fairly and quickly. All my concerns were thoroughly addressed and they even had someone set up my cell phone connection within my new car's system. I wasn't familiar with this feature and they took the time to teach me how to use it. I love my new preowned 2008 Audi A4. And I would absolutely recommend using the salesman, Ron Tiner. He was knowledgeable, most helpful and created a pleasant buying experience. More
Very professional dealership. Ask for Steven Kincaid, he went above and beyond to make sure my experience was top-notch from start to finish. No high pressure sales tactics. I came in as well informed as I could possibly be and everything seemed reasonable and fair at this dealership. I had a relatively stress-free experience (as much as buying a new car can possibly be stress-free). Would definitely go back here first if I was in the market for another Audi. More

Audi of Lighthouse Point aka Audi of Coral Springs is awful. We dealt with the LHP location, but they are moving to Fort Lauderdale soon so look out for that one. on Federal where the old Honda Dealer wa awful. We dealt with the LHP location, but they are moving to Fort Lauderdale soon so look out for that one. on Federal where the old Honda Dealer was north of Broward Blvd. Audi of Lighthouse Point and all Dealers are known for horrible customer service, but this is unreal; 2 days and 40 phone calls later (all post wire transfer for total due)they would not give us temp tags (you need this for out of state purchase so you don't have to find a private parking spot and hope the cops don't arrest you for driving without plate and registration. They flat out refused to give us the tag so we had to make due without and wait for the title to come in the mail then go to DMV in New York State. Oh and Oleg from Audi of Lighthouse Point hung up on me when I told him I understood they cost was $50 for tags we made the decision to live with the major inconvenience park the car at a friends house in NJ for a few days until title came in the mail. Nice deal, they suck. On general principal you should stay away from this place, if you need a car they have get another dealer to buy it for you then deal with him. It's that bad. Oh and if the car/price wasn't as good as it was we definitely would have walked on this. Audi A4 CPO car. Thanks Audi of Lighthouse Point. (little seo on here for ya, lol) More
Buyer beware. You do not have a deal until you visit the "finance guy" who then presents you a very different deal than the one you negotiated with the sales guy (note that you even sign a deal sheet with t "finance guy" who then presents you a very different deal than the one you negotiated with the sales guy (note that you even sign a deal sheet with the sales guy and it is signed off by supposedly a manager). They then play to two departments against each other. Furthermore, they then try to get you to pay the additional fees by saying "it's just a few more dollars a month". Makes sense after you have been sitting there for 3.5 hours- not a bad strategy if you are looking to just go home. Go to another dealership and do not waste your time here. If you do go, just be prepared that they will try ever low class sales tactic in the book. More
