This Audi Dealership goes above and beyond to help every customers. Neil was very knowledgable on every Audi and would answer all the questions I would throw at him. He introduced me to an Audi A4 and presented me all the feature it holds. He was willing to help me leave that night with the car and stayed with me until the end. I was then taken to Tonys office for financing, and this man did everything in his power to find a bank to finance the car. He was very helpful and give me options on the car features. Both Neil and Tony made me feel at home inside the Audi dealership and really helped me in every way possible. I left two hours later with an Audi A4. I'm so happy I decided to stop by this dealership just to browse. This was a great experience and this dealerships is worth the complete five stars. More

I have been a customer of Coral Springs Audi and Steve for 8 years now. First with an A8 and then a Q7. I have to say it has been the best experience I have had when dealing with a dealerships service de for 8 years now. First with an A8 and then a Q7. I have to say it has been the best experience I have had when dealing with a dealerships service department. Steve is always friendly and understands the maintenance requirements needed for my vehicles. He effectively communicates what is needed and accurately quotes the expected cost. He even assisted the sales group when I was looking to replace my A8. While i don't like having to come for maintenance because it always cost me money :) Steve does make it a pleasant experience every time. To add , I live 5 minutes from Pembroke pines Audi and travel 35 minutes on the Sawgrass expressway to take my car to Steve and Coral Springs Audi. Mike knew the brand very well. He had several good ideas for me. I told him I wanted to look at several other makes like Mercedes and Lexus and he never pressured me to purchase.
