I was brought to Coral Springs Audi from online looking for a Q7.I had thought I might get a 2012. Richardson Called right away and was very nice and curtious on the phone. He was very helpful with any questions I had about the SUV. I set up a time to come in and he had the car ready to go when I arrived. He told me there were new vehicles coming in but let me test drive the GM Bret's SUV. Richardson explained everything in detail about the SUV. During the test drive he also showed me the service department and told me how everything ran in there as well. The SUV was great!! Geno the Sales Manager came over and worked a great deal. I really appreciate the personal time and attention they took. After more thought I decided that the 2009 might be a better fit for me at this time. When I called Richardson the next day he again was very helpful with everything and set up a time to drive the 2009. When I arrived again he was ready with the SUV no waiting and explained every detail of it. Every person in the dealership from the people that helped me to the people that worked there were very nice!! I had a great experience and would buy from them again. I didnt feel pressured at all and was happy to get a great SUV that worked for me. Everything was explained in full detail from everyone involved.
