We had an issue involving the air conditioner. Due to travel out of state we took it to another dealer to be fixed. The problem was not remedied but we had a 2000+ mile trip back to Florida during which travel out of state we took it to another dealer to be fixed. The problem was not remedied but we had a 2000+ mile trip back to Florida during which the car went out of warrenty. Steve diagnosed the problem, pled our case to Audi, that even though it was out of warrenty, and they did not originally do the work it should be covered. They saved us over $2000 out of pocket.
