I purchased my 2012 Audi A8 and several other Audi's over the past years and have been Audi Coral Springs "service" customer for over 22 years of this dealership although ownership has changed and servi over the past years and have been Audi Coral Springs "service" customer for over 22 years of this dealership although ownership has changed and service was always good, it is much better now and big reason for this has been my Service advisor Steve Meyers. Steve has always been available if I had any questions or concerns with my vehicle and did a great job of advising me on what was best for my Audi. He is a great service advisor who is very knowledgeable and does a good job of getting me in quickly and making sure my vehicle is well taken care of while there. I have had a great experience in the ACS service department working with Steve and the others to include the greeters and cashiers. I appreciate the customer service and excellent staff at ACS. More

The service at Audi Coral Springs is above and beyond any other Service Dept. I have ever been to. After owning 11 Mercedes in my life time, I decided to try Audi after reading so much about the Q7 . Steve Meyer has taken care of me from (2008) day one on my purchase of both Audi's. He is on top of everything that needs to be done and recommends what is best for me and the car. He is always personable from the time I drop off the car, till the time I pick it back up. Calling to let me know what was done and when it will be ready for pick up. A big round of applause for Steve Meyer and the service dept. at Audi Coral Springs. They work hard to make our life a little easier in this hectic world. More

I just took delivery on my 2014 S4 Stasis. I've been buying Audi's from this dealership for over a decade. Yes even when it was part of the Champion Group. I've probably owned a dozen Audis. When Champion owned the franchise I first met the best service manager on the planet, James Edmonds. This is one reason I stayed a loyal customer. He is hands down the best service manager ever. My sales person was Neil Ambrosio. Neil is a first class sales guy who has forgotten more about Audis then I'll never know. And I know a lot about Audis. Neil is rare expert on the brand. You just don't meet many sales guys who know the product as well as this guy does. His depth of knowledge on all of the various car's systems is nothing short of impressive. Forget BMW's and Benz's, head straight to Coral Springs Audi and buy a real car from the experts. More

Bernie was very informative and gave me excellent customer service. He was willing to work with me and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable dealing with Bern customer service. He was willing to work with me and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Alan was personable and worked out a deal for me that I thought would have been impossible, but he came through. Convertible top broke over the weekend. Brought the car in without an appointment Monday morning and there was a line. They weren't upset and were very polite. Told me no problem and to drop off the car in without an appointment Monday morning and there was a line. They weren't upset and were very polite. Told me no problem and to drop off the car and they got me a loaner. Was very pleased that they took care of me so fast. They texted me when the car was done. They needed a part but they did the service so I was able to return the loaner and get back on the road. All the fluids were replaced at no charge and the car was cleaned. Very efficient and everyone was nice. More
