Alan was personable and worked out a deal for me that I thought would have been impossible, but he came through. Convertible top broke over the weekend. Brought the car in without an appointment Monday morning and there was a line. They weren't upset and were very polite. Told me no problem and to drop off the car in without an appointment Monday morning and there was a line. They weren't upset and were very polite. Told me no problem and to drop off the car and they got me a loaner. Was very pleased that they took care of me so fast. They texted me when the car was done. They needed a part but they did the service so I was able to return the loaner and get back on the road. All the fluids were replaced at no charge and the car was cleaned. Very efficient and everyone was nice. More

Everything went smooth from the test drive through to the final sale Brendan Smith - He exemplifies what I feel is needed to support any sales team by providing clear, concise information about the purchase and navigating through the negotiating process, without being too pushy or abrasive. James in my opinion added to the Audi experience. His knowledge about the Audi product made his conversation with me comfortable and reassuring. At the time of my service, my children were with me.
