I found the car I bought online by doing a general search for pre-owned Honda Civics in my area. The price listed online was a great deal and the description of the car was intriguing. Being a first time car buyer, I was nervous about the "internet price" and what might happen once I got to the dealership (i.e. - car doesn't actually exist, price is based on unattainable discounts, etc.). Richardson was quick to return my email request for more information and said he would be ready for me when I arrived. As soon as I got to the dealership, I felt comfortable. Everyone was nice and welcoming and not over-bearing. Richardson took me right over to the car I was interested in and we took a test drive. Although it was not an Audi car, Richardson was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to speak to many selling points. I purchased the car that day and had a great experience working with Richardson, his manager, and the financial department. I made an appointment on my return to FLorida after spending the summer 'up north'. Steve Meyer is my service advisor. Steve is professional, friendly and efficient. I happen to have low mileage on my TT and want to keep it so met with Rance Williams on a warranty extension. (I had spoken with him in the spring but he said my warranty didn't run out till December so we could look at options in the fall. As promised, Rance reviewed several options and helped me select the one best suited to my needs. Since the work was going to take over 2 hours Steve arranged for me to get a loaner car (no charge). The two ladies at reception/cashier station were professional, courteous and had me on my way in a loaner car very quickly. I received a call when the car was ready and returned. In addition to great service, my car was all washed and cleaned inside. Perfect! I live on the ocean but it is worth it to me to drive to Audi Coral Springs. They have a wonderful professional team.
