I had been car shopping for almost a year before I sat down with Aaron. I actually did not intend to buy a car when I came in, but Aaron was not pushy, just extremely helpful and relaxed, but excited abou down with Aaron. As an Audi dealer you are held to a higher standard than other dealers. My daughter and I purchased a CPO A4 and dealt with various members of your staff. Your dealership is fortunate to have Aaron on your team and I encourage you to recruit more people who share his values and passion for the job. Aaron is bright, articulate, professional, hard working and a genuinely nice person. The good news is that Aaron is a star. The bad news for you is that he seems to be the exception to the rule. Everyone else we worked with at your dealership treated us as second-class citizens when went from being prosects to clients. Aaron gets it. He is a true professional that exemplifies what customer service should look like for a world class automotive manufacturer. He is always polite and respectful and provides direct and helpful answers to any issue related to my automobile. More importantly, his advice has always been sound and that means that I can trust his suggestions. He is also never too busy to return a phone call and in today's world, that is something that I see from only the best organizations. It is customer service of this quality that retains Audi's customer base and will motivate me to keep coming back for the new models. The new A8 has already grown on me!
