Just when I thought that everything was ok, I discovered that my insurance company had not been notified that I traded my TT for an A4. So I have had no insurance coverage for over 8 months! I am almost done fixing that, but my insurer wanted to know why the dealer never sent her the paperwork. I have no idea, but after my last experience with this dealership, I don't have very high expectations. No I'm just counting the weeks until I can trade this car in and switch to another dealership.
