If the quality of service and professionalism that I encountered at Audi Coral Springs was the standard, the "car buying" ex Audi to this dealership. Everyone that I worked with at Audi Coral Springs was exceptional. The team was very open with me re: the deal that was put together and their level of professionalism was outstanding! I really enjoyed working with Aaron. He was authentic and made sure that I was comfortable with the entire process. When I purchase my next Audi, he'll be the salesperson I come looking for Geno Walsh is the individual that I worked my numbers, and he was not only a pleasure to work with, but worked out an amazing deal for me. I initially went to Audi Pembroke Pines (because they were closer to me) and had a very bad experience. Needless to say, I did not and will never purchase a car from them. I was blessed to find Audi Coral Springs and it was so refreshing to come across a team that was open, honest and fair. Anthony was the Finance Manager that completed my deal and with whom I signed all of my paper work with. If you've ever purchased a car, you know how cumbersome that process can be. Well, after spending time with him, I don't look at it much the same. He was an absolute joy and kept me laughing the entire time. In 2010 I bought an A5 from this dealership, and the deal and experience was so great that I drove 40 minutes to them and was able to be in and out of their dealership in less than 2 hours. I recently was in the market for another car, and I brought my car to Mike for a trade-in and they gave me a great deal, and provided excellent service throughout the experience. Mike provided a relaxed atmosphere, and a very pleasant buying experience. As many people can imagine, buying a car is my least favorite thing to do, but Mike makes it a great experience. I highly recommend this dealer and Mike, two thumbs up!!!! More

Although my Audi A8 was bought at the Audi Coral Springs, I live on Miami Beach and therefore was looking into an Audi service dept. closer to home to begin a relationship with. It was thru an email about my warranty that I spoke with the Coral Springs Internet Manager Gino Walsh. To my delight he won me over to his service dept. by rolling out the red carpet! He explained with enthusiasm that my Audi A8 purchase entitled me to a FIRST CLASS CONCIERGE SERVICE. And boy did I get it! My (amazing) side assist system had failed and I wanted it repaired. Gino suggested and arranged for my car to be picked up at my home and a courtesy A6 brought over... via FLATBED. Incredible! Then Luan, the Service Manager personally took down the notes on what to check on the car, like the gas tank flip door, giving me a problem. Steve, the Service Advisor then called to say the job was done and they had even reconditioned my wheels in a complimentary program. WOW! All in all, it was a remarkable team that unfolded this "Flagship" program in my first experience servicing my A8. I can't wait for the 5,000 mile check...!!! I am impressed and grateful. Obviously Coral Springs Audi went the extra extra miles for me! More
