In the purchase process, he worked tirelessly to find the exact car I wanted and took a lot of time with me to ensure that I was happy. Jana in the finance team was excellent, friendly, courteous and efficient. I sincerely appreciated that she quickly but thoroughly explained every document to me and that she also had a good sense of humor. Sometimes, the finance part can really leave a sour taste, but not here.... Jana just enhanced the overall experience. While I hope to drive my new Audi for a long time to come, I will definitely refer anyone interested in a new vehicle to this awesome dealership.
