Received a phone call from Troy that Audi was giving return customers a great deal. He asked me what color I was thinking about and I said silver. When I got to the show room a silver metallic A5 Sport return customers a great deal. He asked me what color I was thinking about and I said silver. A $350/hour labor rate is pretty extreme compared to your typical local mechanic shop. Having a European car like an Audi with a tricky engine oil leak drove me to having to use a service center that specializes in Audi so I understand there is a premium associated with this. That being said $350/hour is still pretty extreme. More
