This is my second experience with the dealer who’s only concerned about profit, even though he talks about the high-quality service. I took my car in for a windshield replacement, $5000 for a windshield re concerned about profit, even though he talks about the high-quality service. I took my car in for a windshield replacement, $5000 for a windshield replacement isn’t just ridiculous. It’s completely out of the range of normal, and the car was returned, dirty. Not only that the windshield washer water didn’t work The windshield was dirty, and this is my second experience with the dealership. The first was when I leased it, and the finance manager inserted to additional service contracts into the deal that added $200 a month to my payments, it took me a year to get them removed More
Both Jacob and his manager Scott were extremely helpful with my Audi service needs. They provided a loaner car and kept me informed of the status of my Audi repair work. The technician C. Navarro did an ou with my Audi service needs. They provided a loaner car and kept me informed of the status of my Audi repair work. The technician C. Navarro did an outstanding job of assessing my needed repairs and sent a video to explain what he found. I will definately recommend this dealership to my family/friends. More

I will never purchase a vehicle again from this dealership and plan to tell others about our situation as well. Thankfully our bank worked out the issue with zero help from your "staff." It is clear the management team is not interested in our situation as we never even got our call returned from the General Manager. As I stated before, I would rather walk than purchase another vehicle from here. More
