I took my car in for it's standard 55,000 mile service and as usual the Crown Audi Service dept. went above and beyond. Evan was phenomenal and did an outstanding job. I was made fully aware of what was going on with my car at all times and what issues were at hand/resolved. Extremely professional on all fronts. I wouldn't trust my Audi with anyone else but these two gentlemen. The technicians are class-A all the way as well. Never once had an issue with their work. I feel fortunate having them as my dealer as we have all heard the horror stories about dealerships taking advantage of people. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who owns or is planning on owning an Audi, no question. More

I actually purcahsed my car before getting to the state of Florida. Mike was informative with every question I had a very quick to respond.
