While on vacation in Naples, FL, we first began our shopping and research for the Q5 by contacting the local dealerships of the Ft. Myers, Naples, and Miami areas. Al and Greg interacted well with one another, helping to make a business transaction a pleasant experience. The finance guy, Paul was also very cordial and professional in the efficient processing of our purchase and trade, completing all the paperwork in probably less than fifteen minutes, while still taking the time to thoroughly explain each document that was processed and/ or signed.
