I'm so glad our daughter had such a fantastic first purchase experience. (Now she'll be spoiled, so we'll have to only buy from Crown Audi.) This was actually my second purchase from Mr. Jacovides. In Jan of 2010, I bought an Audi Q5, which is the best car I have ever owned!! It's so much fun to drive, and has been simple to maintain. No issues at all. I took my car in for it's standard 55,000 mile service and as usual the Crown Audi Service dept. went above and beyond. Evan was phenomenal and did an outstanding job. I was made fully aware of what was going on with my car at all times and what issues were at hand/resolved. Extremely professional on all fronts. I wouldn't trust my Audi with anyone else but these two gentlemen. The technicians are class-A all the way as well. Never once had an issue with their work. I feel fortunate having them as my dealer as we have all heard the horror stories about dealerships taking advantage of people. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who owns or is planning on owning an Audi, no question. More

I actually purcahsed my car before getting to the state of Florida. Mike was informative with every question I had a very quick to respond.
