I made an inline inquiry about information for a new Audi. Within literally minutes, Dan Rasoi was calling me on the phone introducing himself and offering whatever help he could provide. I was interested in purchasing a new A6 (which they didn't have in stock) and Dan worked out a test drive in one that was only one model year earlier. The purchase experience was very smooth, and I felt I was treated quite fairly. I was most impressed with the communication that followed. Every question I asked was promptly answered, and when the vehicle arrived (shipped from another dealer) Dan was on the phone with me as they were offloading it from the car hauler. We had a few "snags" with getting the car back from the tint shop on the day of delivery, but throughout the whole process Dan was VERY proactive in communicating exactly what the status was. Overall a great buying experience, and it goes without saying, I'm very happy with my new car. More

I had a great experience here with Steven. I had been to another Audi dealership and they had been very rude. I had contacted Steven a few weeks prior and unfortunately they didnt have what i was looking f another Audi dealership and they had been very rude. I had contacted Steven a few weeks prior and unfortunately they didnt have what i was looking for in stock. But he kept me in mind and emailed me a couple weeks later letting me know they were getting in exactly what I wanted. He was very polite to work with as was everyone i dealt with at the dealership. They showed me how to use everything inside the car and got me all set up, even though it was over an hour after closing. No hassles or problems even though I was so picky about what I wanted. The best part is I'm so happy with my car! More

I received a call from George one morning informing me that somebody had just traded in an SUV that meets our criteria's. Even though it's been over a month he still remembered us. That's what I call a true professional. Needless to say, we purchased the vehicle. I usually don't write reviews but when your expectations are met or as in this case exceeded you just have to.
