I received a call from George one morning informing me that somebody had just traded in an SUV that meets our criteria's. Even though it's been over a month he still remembered us. I had a great experience here with Steven. I had been to another Audi dealership and they had been very rude. I had contacted Steven a few weeks prior and unfortunately they didnt have what i was looking f another Audi dealership and they had been very rude. I had contacted Steven a few weeks prior and unfortunately they didnt have what i was looking for in stock. But he kept me in mind and emailed me a couple weeks later letting me know they were getting in exactly what I wanted. He was very polite to work with as was everyone i dealt with at the dealership. They showed me how to use everything inside the car and got me all set up, even though it was over an hour after closing. No hassles or problems even though I was so picky about what I wanted.
