Audi Clearwater

I'd been evaluating the 2013 A7 for several months by test driving one at a number of dealerships around the country (I travel a lot for business and there is not a dealer in my city) and fell in love wi test driving one at a number of dealerships around the country (I travel a lot for business and there is not a dealer in my city) and fell in love with the A7. I then contacted five dealerships via their websites in Florida and Georgia to find an A7 within the color and option range I wanted. As I began getting replies from dealers who could locate an A7 similar to my options I found that I was not getting either a fair price, the A7 I wanted or appropriate attention from the dealers with one exception...Crown Audi. Via email and then a phone call they located an A7 with my options, offered a fair price up front and it was as easy as it was supposed to be! Bob Kimball handled the deal and he was outstanding. I flew into Tampa at 8:05 am, Bob picked me up at the airport and when we arrived at Crown Audi everything was ready. Bob went through everything to include an extensive walk through on the operation and options in my new A7 (and believe me....there are a lot because that is what I was looking for....a great car, sporty, but practical and with technology galore...and it has it all!!!!). So....to Crown Audi and all of it's employees thank you for a great car buying experience and an awesome Audi...I couldn't be more pleased. More

Dan was quite the salesman, and I hate to say salesman, because honestly once you drive an Audi, the car sells itself! What an amazing vehicle and what an amazing guy! I have been familiar with Crown Audi’s Service Department for a number of years, havin we would like to take a moment and comment on the experience. I have been familiar with Crown Audi’s Service Department for a number of years, having my A4 serviced there regularly. Except for the drive (we live in Citrus County, FL) it has always been a pleasurable and efficient visit. I am greeted promptly, I have a nice place to work while waiting on the car, and your service team is top notch. Having dealt with Ryan Sanders on the A6 purchase last Friday, I am pleased to see that your Sales Department maintains these high standards. Ryan was courtesy and prompt when we arrived, he had the vehicle ready to go for a test drive and answered all our questions. The negation was quick and efficient, (I appreciate that there wasn’t a lot of needless haggling), and having all the paperwork, tags, title, etc., handled before we left, made the process that simpler. We added the AudiCare service plan onto the vehicle, so it will be down there regularly for visits to Service. I stopped in just to "look" at what new Audi had to offer, fully intending to visit several other brands before making a final decision.
