I had been looking for the Audi S5 for the last six months and had become a little frustrated. One evening I saw a vehicle that matched what I wanted on the internet. The following day, just like promised, I got a call from Ryan Sanders at Crown Audi. He was very professional and informative on the questions I had about the vehicle. He also provided insights to me to be aware of when making a decision about my car choice. I was somewhat skeptical about negotiating over the net on a vehicle of this value. But the process was went great. During the process, Ryan always kept up with me and also allowed distance (no pressure) for me to make the decision. I really liked that. Because of the work he did, a good price was obtained. I flew down on Friday afternoon and he picked me up at the airport with the car. He was very knowledgable about the car and was very good at explaining the details. The finance manager, Paul Lundy, was also excellent in the process. I would highly recommend this company and Ryan for your next car purchase. Since the purchase, Ryan has been in contact with me to see if I got home safe with no tickets (I live in Tennessee) and to answer my questions. Dan Rasoi at Crown Audi was professional and attentive, as expected. My previous car caught on fire, and to be honest I wasn't planning on buying my replacement vehicle in the Tampa Bay area because most as expected. I assumed Crown would be the same..... WAS I WRONG!!!! As I was searching online, trying to find my next car, there it was..... a very well priced A6 4.2 S-Line in beautiful shape, which, to my surprise was right here in Clearwater at Crown Audi. I called and spoke with Dan who had the car ready for a test drive when I got there. He even thought to have it running with the A/C on high so it was nice cool in the cabin. Within an Hour I was signing the papers, not feeling I got a fair deal......... FEELING I GOT AN AWESOME DEAL!!!!! DAN GOT ME THE OUT THE DOOR PRICE I WANTED, AND HE DID IT WITHOUT PLAYING GAMES!!!
