Dan Rasoi at Crown Audi was professional and attentive, as expected. My previous car caught on fire, and to be honest I wasn't planning on buying my replacement vehicle in the Tampa Bay area because most as expected. I assumed Crown would be the same..... WAS I WRONG!!!! As I was searching online, trying to find my next car, there it was..... a very well priced A6 4.2 S-Line in beautiful shape, which, to my surprise was right here in Clearwater at Crown Audi. I called and spoke with Dan who had the car ready for a test drive when I got there. He even thought to have it running with the A/C on high so it was nice cool in the cabin. Within an Hour I was signing the papers, not feeling I got a fair deal......... FEELING I GOT AN AWESOME DEAL!!!!! DAN GOT ME THE OUT THE DOOR PRICE I WANTED, AND HE DID IT WITHOUT PLAYING GAMES!!! I love my Audi and will not have to think twice about where I go for my next vehicle....... It WILL be Crown! More

Dan was great to work with! You can tell the difference between Audi and Chevy night and day as far as sales and service go. Would highly recommend working with Dan! Answered all my questions about the vehicle inside and out. Still a little confused on some MMI aspects, but playing with it over time should solve that. Coming from a Chevy to an Audi is like comparing apples and oranges. Audi performance, handling, etc. is WAAAAAAAAY superior to my 2004 chevy malibu. Overall my experience with crown audi and Dan was top notch and would recommend them to anyone. More
