I have purchased numerous cars including Audi's from other dealership's and I must say that George and his team at Crown are top-notch! From the beginning, George and his team worked late on a Saturday to close my deal 3hrs after closing with the patience and professionalism any customer would dream to receive. After the deal closed, Georges follow-up extended to include new brakes and rotors per the CPO program guidelines. Even though these items were on the cusp of replacement, Pat Woodford made the call to replace all 4, while I was waiting for our Q7 to be certified and detailed. Other dealerships might have taken advantage of this grey area, but not Mr. Woodford as he adheres to the strict guidelines of Audi's premier CPO program.
