He knew we were coming because he sent me an email after my inquiry the night before. Everything about this dealership was spot on. Curt made our car buying and trade in experience (almost) painless! We were there most of the day but they had snacks and drinks and EVERYONE was friendly and smiling and seemed genuinely happy to be there...on a holiday! I returned a week later for my tint on the windows and my "lesson" about how to operate all of the bells and whistles on my beautiful new A6. Again, everyone there was smiling and helpful. From the moment my wife and I entered the dealership and was greeted by the Sales Manager, Jeremy Greenway, to the professional and welcoming Curt Kel From the moment my wife and I entered the dealership and was greeted by the Sales Manager, Jeremy Greenway, to the professional and welcoming Curt Kelly, the experience at Crown Audi was the best experience in test driving and selecting a new car in my 40+ years of driving. Curt exudes the Audi "experience", one that is helpful, and personable, but not overbearing. He encouraged us to test drive several models of the A6 and his product knowledge when coupled with the service to the Audi customer was exceptional. Curt spent as much time with us (almost the whole day!) in getting our questions answered and oriented to the new purchase. There was never any distraction or loss of focus on us the customer as he was always present in the moment. The General Manager, David Jacovides, took time to speak to us before we left and he seemed to be genuinely interested about our experience and he solicited any feedback we may have about the day in his dealership.
