He thoroughly addressed each and every "issue" I had. While my car was being serviced, he would occasionally stop by to update me on the progress, or just make sure I was comfortable. I'm not new to this dealership, and as good as they are, they just seem to get better. Beyond being a pleasant and knowledgable representative, Antoine hooked me up was a VERY nice loaner. after purchase What a car!!! Overall a first class experience. We had been driving Mercedes-Benz for the past 28 years and would have never considered any other car. What a car!!! Overall a first class experience. We had been driving Mercedes-Benz for the past 28 years and would have never considered any other car. because we were shopping for another well built vehicle with very pecific options, we started to test BMW and Audi in comparison to the Mercedes. We have never felt better to have purchased a vehicle, as we had with Crown Audi, got the best deal on our Mercedes for trade in, got the best car, the best options and the best service during the purchase consideration. Steve was an excellent Audi representative, his personal experience with the vehicles and his technical proficiency was exactly what we needed. Pat, could not have done any better in providing realistic finance options that perfectly suited our budget needs. Mandy probably had the hardest job in all this. She took the vehicle back for maintenance within two days and had to manage quite some issues to satisfy our requests. The car was returned to us in perfect condition, and we were supplied with a loaner vehicle for the time of service and maintenance. Mandy was by far more than accomodating and has exceeded any expactation one couod ever ask from a service manager. No doubt that we will continue to buy Audi from now on, and use Crown Audi and their staff, especially Mandy, Pat and Steve. Thank you so much. More
