We are very sorry that you feel this way. Our service staff follows Audi's required guidelines and makes recommendations based on wear of those items. Brakes are recommended at 5mm or below. Tires are recommended at below 6/32. This is our manufacturer's guidelines on keeping your vehicle driving as designed. It is our responsibility to make these recommendations. Of course it is each client's decision when to replace wear items, but we will continue to make the recommendations as they arise.
