Very rough experience, to keep it short and concise the salesman was very nice and pleasant, the car we purchased had a new problem every month, after being promised few time and assured that everything in salesman was very nice and pleasant, the car we purchased had a new problem every month, after being promised few time and assured that everything in the car works perfectly…. We had to sell the car after only a mere 3 months because 80% of the time the car was being serviced and instead of audi giving us a fair buy back offer to make amends they low balled us in several offers through the negotiation and still gave us way lower than Autonation’s straight up first offer. It was on 5/21/2024. Everything about the process of purchasing the vehicle was so smooth. And during the purchase, it was so late in the day that they agreed to let me p Everything about the process of purchasing the vehicle was so smooth. And during the purchase, it was so late in the day that they agreed to let me pay more with a credit card instead of a personal check that I had already prepared. And with that I fell into a sweet trap, I purchased an extended warranty program that was highly promoted by the sales manager. I unearthed this warranty company afterward and the reviews were terrible. So on 6/2/2024, I decided to cancel this warranty within two weeks of purchase. And after I contacted the warranty company, they agreed. But seeking a refund is always a long process. I kept trying to contact the sales manager via email and the response was always long or no word. So on and so forth, after more than 3 months of holding out, I received a partial refund of $2032 of $2536. I don't know and no one has told me how I will get this missing part back. I had referred my friend to this dealership if everything goes as well as it did on the day I bought the car. More
