My rating was based on a super easy experience while taking my Audi in for service. My rep. Lawrence Gana was absolutely wonderful! He explained the entire process of the service. Larry is outgoing, friendly , precise and very knowledgeable of the business.Larry set me up with some quick paperwork, gave me a courtesy car and said he would call or text whichever I preferred when the car was ready.the trip to Audi dealership did not interrupt with my schedule at all. Larry contacted me within 3 hours which was great, and I picked up my car. I was very pleased with the entire system, and again thanks to Larry, truly great to work with. More

Both visits were the same, easy in, easy out and EXCELLENT service by all there. As I said, I have owned many vehicles and have always used dealer service centers, but none have come close to the service at Rector Audi. I have been a Audi customer for over eight years. I have always had a great experience with the staff at Audi. Service is performed in a timely manner and ready when promised. I was looking to compare a BMW 3-series with the Audi A4 and A6. I wanted to test drive one of them. I walked into their Audi showroom, and started looking around. Saw 4-5 sales guy standing around chatt and A6. I wanted to test drive one of them. I walked into their Audi showroom, and started looking around. Saw 4-5 sales guy standing around chatting amongst themselves. I tried to get their attention, but ignored me. I finally approached one of them, John, and asked if I could test drive a car. He asked whether I was buying a car today, and I said "no". He then asked what I was interested in driving, and I told him I want to test drive an A4 in manual transmission if they have any on hand. Then he gave me this superior look and said, "No serious buyer wants to test drive a manual transmission car!" (I've owned several cars, and they all have been manual trannies. Seriously, no serious driver prefers automatic!). So I told him I like manual transmission, and would like to test drive it. Then he told me that they don't test drive cars on Saturdays since they're all busy selling. I looked at the other 4 sales reps standing around chatting with each other, So I said, "fine" and walked away, and bought a brand-new BMW 328i that afternoon, and never regretted it. I don't know what his problem was... that I asked for a manual transmission, or the fact that I was a female wearing jeans and t-shirt. But I really hope "John" understands that he lost a $40k sale that day for his disdain, and whatever criteria he chose to not cater to a customer. More
I purchased a new custom 2008 A3 2.0T S-line that had to be ordered. I know dealers really want to push cars that they have on the lot. But Kevin really understood what I was looking for and tried to locate something in the area I might be interested in. When we were not able to find a good match to the options I wanted we placed an order. My family has purchased 2 CPO Audi here before and I was given a good deal on a new order, no hassles, just good friendly knowledge. I did notice their service center was VERY tightly packed with MANY cars waiting for service the 3 times I visited for my new car. I can't really comment on the service as I have not needed it yet. But the previous review about them being busy looks true. I am very happy with my new A3 so far and can recommend Rector and Kevin Washburn for sales. A pleasure to deal with! More
I recently bought a used '02 A6 avant wagon from Rector, and I was treated excellent. I am a recent college grad and just started my first corporate job. I didn't have much money and I had to finance the majority of the purchase. They gave me top dollar for my trade-in and significantly reduced the price of the car. It is a gorgeous car and I could not possibly be more satisfied with the purchase. They were straight forward and honest with me, and they have gained a customer for life. More
Bought a 60K Audi in '04. Went in for 5,000 mile service and these guys were way overbooked. There was a line of cars stretching out to the road. After half an hour of waiting to get my car in the garage, and these guys were way overbooked. There was a line of cars stretching out to the road. After half an hour of waiting to get my car in the garage, I finally got setup for my service. 8am-4pm for an oil change and tire rotation.<br><br>Service advisor was nice, although he seemed too busy to accomodate me at times. He then caught himself giving me excuses and the runaround and apologized for the busy schedule. I think they should not book as many appointments or hire extra guys and a larger facility to accomodate everyone.<br><br>Didn't get my car at 4pm as was estimated. Instead, I got a phone call at around 3:50pm saying that the car would be ready in 45 minutes. Not too bad I think, but when I get there at about 4:50pm, they say they are getting my paperwork ready. Yeah right... so I sit in the waiting room for darned near an hour, waiting patiently for my paperwork. You would think they would've washed my car during my long wait, but they said they still didn't have the time to do so. So the SA politely gives me a coupon for a free car wash. <br><br>I think this dealership could use some better time management. They seem to have competent people who just need to prioritize better. Also, they could be more attentive to customer's needs and not tell them to just "sit down, have a free drink and relax" for an hour+ on end. At times I felt ignored, because my SA would field other phone calls and attend to other customer's needs while having me sit pretty in the waiting room. <br><br>Oh, the techs also kinda spilled some oil in my engine bay that was not wiped up. They also neglected to put my leftover oil I brought in, into my trunk. I had to go back and pick it up.<br><br>Overall, a so-so experience. They could stand to have some improvement, but until they have the staff and facilities to handle the number of customers they have, I might opt to go elsewhere. More
