I just cannot imagine taking my vehicle elsewhere. They are the best. More

We bought our Audi A7 from Rector because they were the only dealership in Northern California that was able to get us the car equipped as we wanted it. Since then, we have come back to them for the regular services, despite the fact that we live an hour's drive away from them, and in the process met Roger Gray, our service adviser, who immediately impressed us with his friendly, knowledgeable and professional demeanor, and who addressed all our respective concerns patiently and thoroughly. The facilities of Rector in Burlingame are modern, clean and run very efficiently. Their promised appointment- and pickup times were always kept, and requested work was done within the promised time. There is always a good cup of coffee waiting in their nicely appointed waiting area, and the entire staff is helpful and friendly. Rector Motors in Burlingame, CA is by far the best AUDI dealership I have been to. They were the only dealership out of 3 others (one in San Francisco, 2 in Northern New Jersey) to acknowledge that my car dealership I have been to. They were the only dealership out of 3 others (one in San Francisco, 2 in Northern New Jersey) to acknowledge that my car burns excessive amount of oil and needs new piston rings. After the repair the oil consumption went from 950 miles/quart of oil to 10,000 miles / quart of oil (essentially no oil needs to be added between oil changes). They did the repair under my CPO warranty and did not charge me for it. Recently I did my 75k mile Audi care service with them and as always they performed to my expectations. Yes, sometimes they may make a mistake, but what goes to their credit is that they are willing to admit it and fix it. Roger Gray is the person I have always dealt with there and he was always very helpful and understanding. When it comes to pricing I think it is fair for the quality work they perform. More

He is friendly, efficient, and significantly interested in not only keeping our cars in tip top shape, but considerate of our pocket and the expenses that we incur. We haven't bought a car from this dealership yet, but based on the service and this dealer's service representative, we wouldn't go anywhere else. More
