I had high expectations when visiting this dealership based on prior communication, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short. Despite repeatedly confirming the price and terms with the dealer, I was made to wait for an extended period, even though I was clear about my time constraints and the fact that I was traveling during peak city traffic hours. When I arrived, the service was lackluster at best. There was poor reception, and the communication was slow. This felt disrespectful of my time, especially after I made the effort to visit. I had hoped for a smoother and more professional experience, particularly after discussing everything beforehand. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience, as it didn’t align with the expectations set during our conversations. More

Not even sure where to start here because it was bad from so many different angles... I can finally write an honest review because after 4 months I believe the transaction is finally complete and I will neve so many different angles... I can finally write an honest review because after 4 months I believe the transaction is finally complete and I will never have to deal with Audi Brooklyn again. Found the perfect preowned (2021) Q7 as an upgrade for out 2018 and called in because I live 3hrs away and was setup with Yahir (no longer employed there) as a salesman. Within a day we had what I thought was a fair deal made over the phone including our trade in with the understanding that they would deliver the new car and at the same time take ours back... perfect! This was all handled on a Friday and I expected deliver on Tuesday. I was using BofA for financing as Audi Brooklyn was an approved dealer and that is where I found the best rate... I submitted a deposit Friday and waited.... come Tuesday I called Yahir who did not answer nor return my call... after lunch I called the dealership and asked for him... he was not available... He called me back after dinner and told me the car was in service getting an oil change and did not finish until late and that it would be delivered the following day (Wed)... fine but I wish it was communicated. Wednesday morning I called and there was obviously no answer so I waited until sometime in the afternoon to call again. No answer once again so I called the dealership to talk to the salesman and was told that the car was just finishing up in service and that Thursday would be the day. Same story Thursday except now I got the service manager on the line who told me that there was actually a recall that was being done and that a part was broken and they had to reorder it. I wish people would just be honest in the 1st place but that's not the way that Audi of Brooklyn works. I was told Saturday would be the day for delivery. Staying consistent Saturday late afternoon came and I still did not hear from anybody. I spoke with a manager Saturday evening that told me he promises everything would be wrapped up and the car would be ready for delivery on Tuesday. Tuesday morning I was contacted by the salesman who told me everything was set for delivery. I just had a couple of things to take care with the finance manager who was handling the paperwork even though I was not financing through them. That was another hassle because I felt like I was treated poorly because they wanted my finance business as well. Diane was a nice lady but definitely made some mistakes in that she told me which she was not able to add my wife's name to the registration because the financing was only in my name. I have done research and found that to not be true but it is what it is. That whole fiasco completed I was told I would get delivery of the vehicle about 4:00 PM. At 5:00 PM I reached out to the salesman who did not answer, at 6:00 PM he told me via text message that he hit traffic and was running a little bit late. When he finally arrived to my house at 8:30 PM I inspected the vehicle which had a damaged driver side mirror that was not disclosed, a check engine light and 10 miles left to empty on the gas tank. Aggravated I noted all of these things and signed the paperwork. The vehicle was advertised with two keys but only one was present at the time of delivery which he said he would send to me when he got back. Before I get into the rest of that story it is noteworthy that I still had my trade in vehicle connected to my Audi app. It was noted that numerous times on the trip back to the dealership the salesman hit speeds over 110 miles an hour. I can only imagine what he did with my new car on the way to me. Through a phone call the next day I made all of this known to the service manager who did not really seem to care. The next day I took the car to my local Audi dealer who determined that the recall work was done incorrectly which is what triggered the check engine light.
