I called audi bklyn to turn my leased car and a salesman named Mark Neponmayashchiy answered the phone . I explained i wanted to return my leased audi and explained i was not releasing from audi as i had 3 named Mark Neponmayashchiy answered the phone . I explained i wanted to return my leased audi and explained i was not releasing from audi as i had 3 previous audi leases and wanted something different. He was respectful and knowledgeable and we went over the returned he advised me on everything i had to do to return my vehicle. Well needless to says he went out of his way to cover my extra miles and even offered to bring the vehicle to my house. Believe me i did not want to lease an other audi and wanted to lease an American car. Now i have never met this guy before but he made the lease so effortless and met my price range so i had no choice as to have him drop off at my house a brand new Q5 sign the paperwork and take my old lease back with him.
