Dear Mr. Rosemark, On behalf of the Audi Brooklyn family, I want to apologize for your experience. It’s not every day that one purchases a vehicle, and the event should be a joyful and rewarding one. Once again, I am truly sorry. As you stated, Audi Brooklyn did resolve the problem. I agreed to correct everything that we performed poorly with, and I handled this with the utmost priority. I am glad you finally got the tow hitch that you wanted in the vehicle. Following your experience, I have discontinued my business relation with the vendor that installed the tow hitch on your vehicle. Contrary to your assumption that you’re sure that we get away with this a good percentage of the time, we actually have a very low percentage of tow hitch sales and installations. It is an unnecessary product for the majority of my clients here in Brooklyn. Most New York City residents are not towing campers or boats, with the occasional bike racks but again, not a common product sold. I hope that in the future I can regain your confidence in Audi Brooklyn. We rely on clients like yourself to express their views so that we can improve our process. Thanks to clients like yourself, we at Audi Brooklyn have gained some of the highest achievements in the industry. We are ranked top 5 Audi dealer in the Eastern Region, and top 20 in the Nation!
