I gave deposit on it and left home. I called the next day and was given excuses that the financing was not ready. The second day after numerous calls i was told that THE CAR WAS SOLD AND IT WAS ON HOLD FOR SOMEONE ELSE BEFORE ME. Funny since they were ready to let me leave in it 2 days earlier! 2 weeks now and still no deposit return. Waste of my time, worst dealership I ever dealt with in my life! Save your time and drive few extra miles to LI dealer for great experience. More

I was looking to lease a 2018 audi sq5 prestige trim from this dealership. I first submitted my request./offer for the vehicle. I was contacted by Miguel Reyes, at first he doesn't know which vehicle i want and straight out told me, we can been that offer. when i told asked, did you read my request? he say no. I then contacted Michael Chan with my offer and he asked do you want to deal directly with a sales manager and cut the clutter? I said, doesn't matter, as long he thinks my offer is doable. he then have Miguel called me and said we can do the deal, I said great, he wants me to put a deposit on the car, i decline and requested a breakdown before i put anything down, the breakdown looks legit. since he was very busy that day, by the time i got the breakdown and want to put a deposit, they were closed. i got the breakdown after they were close, he told me to contact him monday. the following day, sunday, i called the dealership to ask for the dealer code so i can submit my application with audi so that they can foward my loan to them, the salesman i spoke to doesn't know, so he will have a manager call me, He never did. Not a big deal, I'll just select the dealership during the application proccess.. once i completed my application it was approved instantly. I then got a msg from Nick Hernandez, saying he got my loan approval and do i want to proceed? I said yes. Things are going so well. then comes a bait and switch tactics. I then msg them on monday, told them about my trade-in, Nick Hernandez, which responded, said fine, his used sales manager doesn't do onsite appraisal, i will have to bring the vehicle in. Not a problem, i told him i'll be at the dealership tomorrow and he setup an appointment for me. everything is going so well, then i called miguel, my salesman, about adding audicare and how much would my payment be? he said, he doesn't know, i'll have to come in a speak with fiance manager, I said why? he said doesn't have the info. B.S. when i explained to him about other dealers giving the monthly payment and be transplant as possible, he said he will email the updated payment. when i got the email, they overcharged me. I called and spoke with Nick Hernandez and he apologized about the confusion and will clear things up, saying they were busy and things got messed up. He said he will have a look into it. Keep in mind they still didn't ask me for a deposit to keep the vehicle for me. which they should have, But Nick Hernandez assured me, he will keep the vehicle for me. a hour later i called and spoke with my salesman Miguel and he told me the deal is off and nick or michael will call me to explain what happened., saying something about the stuff i want add, making it a bad deal for them. I don't understand, all i want was to add was audicare. I then received an email from nick and the # on the breakdown completely changed, MSRP increase/TAX increase/ everything. I called him and ask what happened, his attitude completely changed, saying nothing changed. he claims everything is the same which isn't. to make things worse, he offered to lower my payments and give me audicare free. which is BS. I requested to speak to the Michael(GM). he told me, he will have a look into it, will call me back. when Michael called me back, he said, nothing changed and the deal is still on, i explained to him what Miguel told me and he said, he doesn't know anything about it. I told him to look at nicks email and tell me what difference do you see? MSRP/TAX/TERMS. he still insist the deal it still on. I said fine, but they have already sold the vehicle already. I said what? after i submitted my paperwork, you sold it, i told him, He said because i didn't put a deposit. I told him, Isn't a credit of approval enough for you to secure the vehicle, he said no. Miguel, claims the deal is off, nick, makes up fake numbers, Michael, claims the car was sold. three different stories here, who should i believe? This dealership is not truthful. An honest, sorry, we make a mistake, we can't sell it to you, is it that hard to admit you are wrong. anyways, he offered to sell me a higher price one he have it stock, but won't give me the same discounts as the first vehicle. If he offered me the higher price one with the same discounts, I would take have taken it. Guess they won't sell it to me because it's a bad deal for them. BS about it being sold to someone else. they are backing out on their own deal. what makes things worse is that it's my second time buying at the dealers, if this is how they treat repeating customers, I don't want to buy from them. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS - 0 STAR RATING It’s too bad there isn’t an option to give Audi Brooklyn 0/5 stars. My experience with this excuse of a dealership was horrific, to put it lightly. I It’s too bad there isn’t an option to give Audi Brooklyn 0/5 stars. My experience with this excuse of a dealership was horrific, to put it lightly. I decided on a 2016 CPO with low miles and was excited for the purchase despite absolutely no room for price negotiation, per the sales manager. As I was on my way to pick up the car (from 2 hours away) I received a call from the sales person I had been working with that an employee of Audi Brooklyn had hit a wall, scraping the top and bottom of the bumper as well as scratching the plastic over the taillight. I was told that everything would be repaired good as new and not to worry. I was beyond upset for not only the trouble I was put through but also the inconvenience of remaining carless for longer. So I did what any sane person would do, I requested a deduction off the price. After days of back and forth, I was given a measly $500 off. Fast forward to only SIX DAYS later, I’ve driven the car 3 times and noticed a malfunctioning backup camera, daytime lights not working and other issues. I brought the car to a different service center and was told it was hard to believe Audi Brooklyn sold this car as CPO with this many problems. Three issues with the car came up which showed that they had been acknowledged BEFORE my purchase, but neglected to be fixed. Everything was covered under warranty, but who wants to be getting a car serviced after not even having it for a full week? After days of trying to contact Rob Telles the Pre-Owned Manager I was told repeatedly he wasn’t in the office (I call BS) and forwarded to a full voice mailbox. Finally I get a hold of him and boy was he a pleasure. It’s a disgrace to all of Audi that this man represents their name and brand. He was downright rude, giving me excuse after excuse as to how nothing could possibly be their fault. I think a simple “sorry about what happened” or “I apologize for the inconvenience” would be nice, but you won’t get that. The way I was disregarded and spoken to is atrocious and illustrates exactly how unprofessional and slimy Audi Brooklyn is. Do yourself a favor and purchase an Audi from a reputable dealer. More
The Worst I'm not the type to write reviews. I would usually just go away and never deal with a company again. But, my experience with Brooklyn Audi was so ba I'm not the type to write reviews. I would usually just go away and never deal with a company again. But, my experience with Brooklyn Audi was so bad that I have to warn the public. 1. They delivered my SQ5 with the steering wheel off center by 25% to left. Called later in the day and was told to bring it to service (I didn't own the car for 5 hours yet) and they hung up (no apology or any offer to help). 2. Asked for my deposit refund for over 3 weeks. Eventually had to dispute the charge on my AMEX. They never acted. 3. Took over 3 weeks to receive my buy out check for the car I traded in (over 20K). I had to keep following up. 4. Finally found time to bring the car in to fix the steering wheel (mind you, no one ever called to see how everything was going. Ray Catena MB, Audi, Porsche always called a month later to see how everything was). Service finished in an hour, i picked the car up. The steering wheel is now off 5-10% to the right. They obviously didn't test drive the car. 5. Finally complained to a manager (who has time to do this for a brand new 64k car). Manager promised pick-up and delivery of the car etc etc etc. Manager never followed through. I still need to get my steering wheel straightened since April. Good luck dealing with this dealership. I'm not even going to get into the my experience with the service center after they gave the car back to me with the steering wheel off 5-10% to the right. More

Improper diagnostic of my vehicle I completed two recalls after completing the service of the recalls my check engine light appeared. Complimentary check was done they told me my vehic I completed two recalls after completing the service of the recalls my check engine light appeared. Complimentary check was done they told me my vehicle was fine. I brought it back they told me the software upgrade triggered timing and they cleared the code. It came back again the next day then they try to tell me I need to change my timing chain and it would cost $2054. I brought vehicle to get outside diagnostic and nothing was wrong with my timing or timing chain and all I needed to do was to change my sensors. They are not experienced and not knowledgeable as far as servicing your vehicle I would suggest whenever it comes to anything big make sure get a second opinion or they will make you spend and change things you never had to change. This is why dealerships have a bad rep and this was prime example of that More

I was in Brooklyn on a sale lead when my Audi decided to go on the fritz again. I happened to be right around the Corner from Audi of Brooklyn and reluctantly rolled into their service Department. I spoke with service advisor Henry Fink and he confidently assured me his team could fix my vehicle. He went above and beyond to get my vehicle to his #1 tech Tim Chan. These guys delivered as promised. It has been over 15000 miles since they worked on my vehicle and I have not had any issues. Just wanted to take a few minutes out of my day to applaud these guys for their expertise and professionalism, Thanks again ,Ira More
