greasy, sure, but they sold me a good car Bought a 2012 Avant w/ 20k 6 years ago. The car is still running perfectly. They tricked me into a service contract upon signing, saying the loan was contingent upon agreeing. They upsold HARD during the life of the contract. Not appreciated. After the contract ended, brought it in for a quote on minor stuff. Found them 2x my old mechanic's price. The final straw was when I declined that service, and they trashed the interior, leaving grease stains and garbage in the car. So, never again. But the thing is still running! More

Car was parked in front of the dealership shining looking amazing, Monae was out there to greet me and right away we went for a test drive and the car drove perfect !!!! They gave me a different car I chose the exact car I wanted, we found the spec sheet of that car in another dealership, I was very clear to the salesperson that I wanted that spec I chose the exact car I wanted, we found the spec sheet of that car in another dealership, I was very clear to the salesperson that I wanted that specific car and she assured me it was going to be mine, I put down the deposit and it arrived in a week. When I picked up the car I was so excited about the idea of having a new car that I didn't realize the interior trim of the car was different from the car I had picked. I called and mentioned this and they gave me the run around. It wasn't a mistake on the spec sheet, the salesperson ordered me a different car, different VIN and I still to this day have zero idea how that happened because they refuse to give me a solid explanation and they blame me for the entire thing. Now i'm stuck with a car I never wanted and they keep telling me there's nothing they can do for me. The stereotype of car salesman exists for a reason and these people fit the bill. Sleezy. More

Audi Brooklyn will get you Killed! Never buy your car from Audi Brooklyn!!!! I recently bought a 2017 Q7 from Audi Brooklyn then had my car shipped to Texas. The day after receiving my Never buy your car from Audi Brooklyn!!!! I recently bought a 2017 Q7 from Audi Brooklyn then had my car shipped to Texas. The day after receiving my car, I took my car to the local Audi dealership (Audi Sugarland) for scheduled maintenance but they found a coolant hose leak; nail in my tire; and extremely worn brakes. Audi Brooklyn is selling people cars that have not been inspected, and compromising people’s safety!!!! More

Recall!!!!! Audi emailed me for weeks about my air bag recall, I finally took it in. They said 2 hrs, I decided to leave the car. That was yesterday, today it’s g Audi emailed me for weeks about my air bag recall, I finally took it in. They said 2 hrs, I decided to leave the car. That was yesterday, today it’s going to take 3 days. Cause a part has to be ordered. No phone call, No update, no Communication. Now they fixed the car but my airbag light is on. With no fault to the airbag recall.. now AUDI OF BROOKLYN wants me to pay for a Sensor..... you can’t make this up! More
