spoke to Michelle in service last week about a crack in my windshield. she said stop by any day since I have axis platinum road protection coverage. I did so this morning, 9/15/20, and Peter Balatoni waited on me promptly and got me in & out promptly and also gave me all the specific info I needed to get my windshield crack taken care of. he called Axis and started a claim on my behalf and then gave me all the back up I needed to get the windshield taken care of. audi bwater service dept is great!!!
