Ms. Irby, first and foremost I must say that I do not allow any discriminatory behavior in any shape, form, or fashion whether it is directed to our guests or amongst our team here. My department managers share my strong feelings on this subject, and they will not allow this sort of behavior either. We also do not tolerate any dishonesty, so I will investigate this on my end. Regarding your visit on May 7th, I understand your frustration with the new key not arriving from Audi before your appointment. When we spoke the first time on the phone, I reiterated that we should have caught that before you came in and offered to reschedule. However, we did perform a few recalls that were active on your car, so your visit wasn’t wasted. Also, we spoke about the damage to your vehicle. In the video and still frames taken from the video, in my opinion, it is unclear whether the vehicle arrived here damaged or not. So, as I assured you on the phone last week, we will repair the damage to your vehicle at no cost to you. In fact, your vehicle is already at our collision center now. Finally regarding the loaner vehicle, we did not have any available loaners available initially, but we were able to get another guest rescheduled to free up a loaner vehicle for you. I want to apologize again for the poor experience. I assure you this is not the norm, as you stated initially in your review that we have been a great dealership to do business with. Jolee and I are going to make this right and get your vehicle back to you as soon as possible. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or to discuss further.
