Quality service - Advisor told me it was going 2 weeks to get my car repaired. Called multiple times with no called back. I decided to visit the dealer in person. The advisor proceed to tell me that the service was done but just did not have time to diagnose ta noise in the rear. ( Called his BS since the car never moved from the original spot.). Last time I will go to that dealer and probably purchase another audi. Keep up the great work.!!!!! Funny I drove the car to the Goodyear place and the guy removed a Audi sticker that was touching the moving rotor ( THAT WAS THE NOISE ). - best 100 bucks tip ever DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THE BIRMINGHAM AUDI More
I have bought cars there before, therefore I know the people and they are nice and knowledgeable. Davis has been good even when one time I did not buy a car, this time I almost didn’t but he offered a go people and they are nice and knowledgeable. This started out as a great dealership. Made our 3rd purchase last October. Took my car in on the 7th of May for what I thought was a 1 hr ordeal & that was to get my 2nd keyfob programmed Made our 3rd purchase last October. Took my car in on the 7th of May for what I thought was a 1 hr ordeal & that was to get my 2nd keyfob programmed after 7 months of waiting on it to come in. Waited 3 hrs only to be told it wasn't there & they did some other recalls that I knew nothing about. Upon retrieving my vehicle back from Valerie with the poorest customer service I've ever received I noticed that my brand new Q5 had been damaged while in the possession of the service department. When I brought it to Valerie's attention she tried to tell me it was brought in like that. I SAID NO MAM. My vehicle was not damaged in any way. I asked to see the walk around & she showed me a d@m still picture that was so blurry you couldn't make anything out in the picture. She would not show me the video. I had to call Daniel the GM more than 5 times & leave messages just to get a return call. I only got somewhere after dealing with Jo Lee ( Service Mgr). She was awesome. Daniel thought of every lie he could think of to take up for Valerie & the lies she was telling me. Jo Lee even said she didn't see any damages on my truck after we reviewed the walk through video together. Daniel didn't want to give me a loaner either. I chalked this whole situation up to me being the wrong color & them thinking all black people are stupid & will listen to any lie they tell. All they had to do was tell the truth & fix my vehicle & everything would have been fine. We will be spending our money elsewhere. Unless you want to be lied to by everyone you encounter at this dealership I would avoid at all cost. Davis my salesman is the only person I've never had any problems with. He's still answering my calls 7 months later. I work hard for my money just like everyone else and don't appreciate being lied to. This is only half the story. I'm still waiting on Ashkey from Coorporate to call me back as I've left her several messages as well. I guess they all work together & once they get your sell you can go to he!!. They just lost 2 loyal customers (Myself & my husband). I will not be dealing with Valerie or Allen, whom is the service guy that was suppose to be responsible for my vehicle. More

The Service Manager was wonderful and listened to what type of vehicle I needed. He stated there was one in the inventory and paired me with Kourtland who was extremely professional in showing me the vehicle, features, and walked me through the upgrades I wanted. Once I completed the paperwork, Koutland and the team of professionals worked to get my vehicle exactly the way I wanted it. Overall my experience was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend Audi Birmingham to anyone. I love my new car!!!! More
