Great service! They did a custom maintenance service on my 2010 TT that does not get driven alot so did not need everything Audi recommends on an annual basis. They were able to also accomodate me at a later time than my appointment as the car's battery had died and I needed to get a jump to get there. The best is that the car was in and out without any extra wait time. More

Took my 2014 Q5 in for some service and was early for my appointment so I asked if I could test drive a 2024 Q5, as I’ve been thinking it was time to consider a newer car. The very kind service rep Aaron R appointment so I asked if I could test drive a 2024 Q5, as I’ve been thinking it was time to consider a newer car. The very kind service rep Aaron Ross connected me with an outstanding sales person, Antony Bautista, and Antony test drove a 2024 Q5 with me and I was sold! He gave me a very fair trade-in price for my 2014 Q5, and a thorough review of the new car features and he set up my cell phone connection etc. Antony has checked in twice since I brought the new car home to offer his help and I’m so appreciative of the above and beyond service and care he has provided. I highly recommend Antony Bautista for new car sales, and Aaron Ross for service. They are two of the very best! More
