I was very impressed with my entire experience. I actually bought a Toyota RAV 4 from them. Even though it wasn't their car (AUDI), they treated me with respect. I wasn't pressured, they were open, h actually bought a Toyota RAV 4 from them. Even though it wasn't their car (AUDI), they treated me with respect. I wasn't pressured, they were open, honest, and worked out a deal with me. And then after I bought the car I had it inspected. All that was wrong is it needed a transmission fluid flush, oil change and new air filter. I went back and the used car manager told the service people to take care of it and they did it all at no charge. I have bought cars at other dealers before and honestly this was the best experience ever! When I can afford an Audi, I'll definately be back. More
