After a standard oil change, the "low oil" light came on when we returned home. There were no leaks or oil beneath our car. I added 2 quarts of oil and the light went off. The level has remained constant since then (about 2 weeks). The oil looks dirty. This makes me wonder if the service was actually performed or if the technician did not complete the work and only partially filled the car with the required amount. Both are quite disturbing. I am wondering if I will hear from Audi of Bellevue after this review. If not, it is unlikely that I will ever complete a service review again since it seems purposeless. More

Inconsistent experience with dealership. In trying to get an appointment their website scheduling did not work, then called but got voice mail and it was a couple of hours later before got back. Took car in for routine 20K maintenance and even though car left all day when I was on my way to pick up got a phone saying it wouldn't be ready and would have to pick up next day. There was nothing difficult that was being done to car. I explained I was leaving town the next day and here is the good part. They drove the car out to me before I was leaving town. The Customer Service person was very good but the ability of the dealership to deliver good and timely service needs improvement. More

It was back in January 2020’so I don’t remember all the details but I will mention the key parts. On the day of the purchase I had to deal with some bad attitude from the sales guy followed by the finance lady. Sales guy’s words almost at the end of the deal around 9pm - TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT. After that when I decided to pay the 3 yr servicing fee upfront then I was forced to put it in the loan amount and pay interest. The monthly installment calculations were also inaccurate and I had to literally argue to bring it down to the right amount which they didn’t do. More
