We are the 2nd owners of an Audi Q5 3.2. The car was purchased new and serviced only at Audi of Bellevue. We have kept with that tradition and could not be happier. Michael H. is a great service manager! His communication with regard to services performed and service completion was spot on and I really appreciated being able to take a lyft (compliments of Audi Bellevue with regard to services performed and service completion was spot on and I really appreciated being able to take a lyft (compliments of Audi Bellevue) to Bellevue Square while I had routine maintenance done on my car. I brought my A5 in for a 30,000 mile inspection and I only waited for 10 minutes at the service center. An Audi representative Ricky came out to greet me and filled out the paperwork within 5 minutes. Ri only waited for 10 minutes at the service center. An Audi representative Ricky came out to greet me and filled out the paperwork within 5 minutes. Ricky even called a Lyft ride to take me home so that I did not have to wait. Once the inspection was done he even provided a short video clip of my car. Thank you very much for the great service. Tam More
