I came to service my car last Saturday. Kyle is a new employee. He treated me correctly and answered all my questions patiently during write-up. The problems started when I had to pick up the car. After I got notified the car was ready and headed back, I had to wait more than an hour to get my car back. Then, when paying, I was not given the results of the inspection - I had to ask for them separately, for which Kyle very kindly sent me afterwards. For the first year service for an e-tron, where they just inspect a few things, for $150 the minimum you expect is to have the tire pressure set correctly. Door label reads 38 front 41 back. The tires were all set at 32. This not only severely shortens the life of the tires, it is also dangerous. The fact that they set this wrong something as basic as the tire pressure makes me question the entire service they did to my car. I'm never coming back to service my car here, will try Audi Seattle next time. More
Kyle did a fine job- unfortunately the service floor was overwhelmed with vehicles and my one-day service turned into three. Klye was able to arrange a loaner for the second and third days. Appears the service shop needs a better way to manage throughput or at least let the counter persons know so they can inform people ahead of time or at least when dropping their cars off for service tell them the cars will be needed for multiple days. That way they could reschedule or plan for a loaner ahead of time. More
This was a service for a recall. Daniel was great work with and very friendly and responsive. I didn't have to budge from my seat at the waiting area. He took care of everything.
