I managed to make it out of a service appointment with no newly discovered problems or extra charges so that’s a win. The employees are always helpful and friendly and that’s probably not easy right now whe newly discovered problems or extra charges so that’s a win. My A4 was being serviced for a recall but Ricky suggested I also have them do my next regular service so I didn't have to make another trip next month. I was provided with a loaner and they were able to comp I also have them do my next regular service so I didn't have to make another trip next month.
