My recent visit to Audi Bellevue/AutoNation left me deeply disappointed. Despite my genuine interest in a car, I had to walk away due to the shockingly rude behavior of both the salesperson and the man deeply disappointed. Despite my genuine interest in a car, I had to walk away due to the shockingly rude behavior of both the salesperson and the manager. Their disrespectful tone during discussions about charges was unacceptable. As an Audi owner myself, I have seen much better customer support at other Audi dealerships! However, This was my first experience with AutoNation, and it has left a lasting negative impression. Sadly, I had to abandon the deal. I hope they take this feedback seriously and strive to improve their customer service standards. I would like to thank for their time, I wish I had their interest too! More
