I made an online appointment for a yearly service and got a text from Alexis the night before to confirm the appointment and also to ask if anything else needed to be looked at. This was helpful because I w a text from Alexis the night before to confirm the appointment and also to ask if anything else needed to be looked at. This was helpful because I wanted service to look at the brakes. I was greeted immediately and able to quickly see Alexis at our appointment time. She communicated with me throughout the service, and the car was returned back to me within a reasonable amount of time. Love our car and Audi of Bellevue has been a very good experience. More
