Service staff is well organized and help is easy to get. In for last prepaid service and a recall for passenger side airbag sensor replacement (2018 Audi S5). Ricky was professional and thorough. He told me up front that they would have to remove the passenger seat to replace the sensor - a ~ 7 hour job. Being told up front what to expect is essential, so I knew car would be kept overnight. Ricky was fast, thorough, and efficient and had a Lyft ride available as soon as we were done. Status updates were timely and informative. Process was made as painless as possible! More
