I bought a car from Audi Bellevue in 2017, and have had to interact with them approximately 6-7 times. There hasn't been a single interaction that has been smooth. Something painful or inconvenient has hap to interact with them approximately 6-7 times. There hasn't been a single interaction that has been smooth. Something painful or inconvenient has happened every time. For example, there was the time where I had to go to them to pick up paperwork because they didn't register an ownership change on my trade-in and I had to fight a parking ticket for a car I no longer owned. Or there was the time they performed a recall to replace decals, leaving a razor-sharp discarded interior decal on the floor of the backseat where my young kids found it and almost cut themselves. Or the most recent time, where I called and texted them for several days unsuccessfully to get a ride to pick up my car for its THIRD RECALL, resulting in me having to take a bus to pick up my car because no one could be contacted (which reminds me, I tried to get a loaner from them and apparently they have no loaner cars available for the next 2 months(?!?!?!)). I have many more examples, but it's not worth typing. The Audi A4 that I bought is a nice car, but I will never do any business with Audi Bellevue, and I will discourage anyone I talk to the same. More

Even after I purchased my car and left something inside my old one, I texted him, he responded immediately and found what I friendly and so helpful.
