I've been an Audi Bellevue customer since I moved to the area in 2017. While I was getting my car serviced for 35k miles I prepaid for my 45k mile service. With the pandemic, it took me ~2.5 years to finall area in 2017. While I was getting my car serviced for 35k miles I prepaid for my 45k mile service. With the pandemic, it took me ~2.5 years to finally get to 45k. When I tried to book my service, Audi Bellevue told me my service had "expired." Multiple attempts to reach them via phone and email were ignored. What a shame - I guess they are keeping my money. More

We had a great experience with the sales team. My only dislike was the signing process took WAY TOO LONG. We paid cash for our car and had to wait over an hour to sign the contracts and then the finance manager was so pushy with the warranties. We had to tell her 5 times no thank you. More
