Your phone system is awful for the service department. I waited 1hour to get someone. Then they connected me with my service agent and it was someone else’s mail box. After a half hour someone called back. I wanted to know if my car was ready. It was there overnight. They connected me to service department. They hadn’t gotten to it yet. I talked to a manager who said the voice mail for my agent hadn’t been changed to Elijah Collins. I said you are the manager so fix it! Called Elijah’s cell phone. Couldn’t leave a message because his voice mail was full. Finally got my car at 4pm. I spent 3 hours and much frustration. Fix your phone system and hire someone to answer the service department phones!!! More
