Daunte was the service advisor who oversaw the repair of my Q5TDI. He kept me informed regarding the 2-day repair, answering each of my questions via text (my preferred method of communication). Although not previously a fan of Auto Nation in general, my recent experience at the Audi of Bellevue store, especially with one of their salespeople, prompted this review. I was fortunate to work with Bens my recent experience at the Audi of Bellevue store, especially with one of their salespeople, prompted this review. I was fortunate to work with Benson Quoch m, who was courteous, organized, and efficient. I had contacted the dealership about a specific used car that they had recently taken in and he followed through with me as the vehicle went through their inspection process, letting me know as soon as it was available. When I arrived for my appointment, the vehicle was pulled up front, warmed up and ready to drive, making the test drive quick and easy. When I returned, Benson had a sales menu printed out, and made the rest of the purchase as efficient and smooth as possible, as did the Finance Manager. The Sales Manager was also generous with his time, making the whole experience worthy of a favorable review and proving that it always comes down to the people you happen to work with more than the brand or location. Great job, Audi of Bellevue! More
