Benson was great, really made sure we were taken care of and went above and beyond to address every concern. I would also note that Michael Spencer, the GM of this dealership, also goes above and beyond in and went above and beyond to address every concern. I would also note that Michael Spencer, the GM of this dealership, also goes above and beyond in finding creative solutions for customers. I had an issue with a 2022 vehicle I purchased from this dealership and Michael made sure to take care of it, even after Audi refused to do anything about the problem. Definitely impressed with their customer service and responsiveness. We will be back for future Audi purchases. More
