Very happy with Spencer and Jessicas help and would gladly work with them again. It would have been a much easier transaction though if finance was more knowledgeable about running a purchase for a business. as the CEO and guarantor of the biz loan, i had to obviously provide my personal income and expenses etc. well they used my personal income as the income of my business and i was denied and it took a lot of extra time. ultimately they entered my business income into the paper work and we were approved in minutes like i should have been. i was never originally prompted for the business income. The ONLY reason they get 5 stars and no deduction for the financing is because Spencer was very helpful in getting the financing sorted out. More
