Dan Rubin and Dave Paris are the best assets to this dealership .Especially Mr. Rubin, he has been taking care of my car since 2005 from my previous A6 to current Q8. Both are very professional, courteous and patient with me all these years by providing the information, answering the questions I may have and keeping me updated whenever they can! I am just very disappointed with the 52 days long wait on the part and software upgrade. However we really appreciated that Dan Rubin can find a loaner sooner for our family which has just one car at home at this time. Thank you! More
Poor services and racist dealer. Went for oil change & 110k service maintenance. I stayed there in the line for 36 mins without being served. Service agents ignored me and my son just because we're black. Anyway, the car stayed with audi bellevue for 2 days and 2 nights but when we got it back they had overcharge me $500 extra. When I asked why $500 extra the agent seemed confused and told me it must me an error and then rectified. When I got home I noticed the engine oil level was showing empty. Also I noticed oil spill on my garage floor. I called audi and they asked me to take the car back to the garage. They fixed the problem but forgot to fasten the engine bottom cover, so it was dragging on the freeway. I had to go back for the 3rd time for their mistakes. All this time, nobody apologised to me. In fact, they acted like they were doing me a favour by fix my car. Very bad experience with audi bellevue. More

The Audi Bellevue service department is the best! As has always been the case with me, Michael let me know how long to anticipate waiting as I was stuck there for the duration. Nice desk area to get work done (brought my "office" with me). READ BEFORE PURCHASING AN AUDI. I do not recommend purchasing an Audi from this dealership - we had a really difficult, frustrating, expensive experience. If your family wants a rel I do not recommend purchasing an Audi from this dealership - we had a really difficult, frustrating, expensive experience. If your family wants a reliable car, avoid Audi. We owned an Audi that only had 55k miles on it. It was very consistently serviced at this dealership every year. It was pristinely maintained at home. It was driven at least 1x per month for a long distance run, as instructed. First, we had an issue that was apart of a class action law suit. We were reimbursed, but it was a headache. Then, we experienced COMPLETE ENGINE FAILURE at 55k miles. Cars should not need their engine replaced at 55k miles, especially when the dealership has done every tune up. When we started researching online, we found so many class action lawsuits on Audis. Trying to get the car fixed was a nightmare. The dealership manager called once - we had a very friendly, polite, lovely exchange and I thought he’d support us throughout the process. After, he wouldn’t speak to us — we were only allowed to connect with his team. We started to get passed between the 1-800 Customer Service line and the dealership. I called the Customer Service line every week and my average wait time was 2.75 hours. It was the most difficult experience. Essentially we were told that the dealership decided if we were eligible for any reduced pricing. The dealership told us that Customer Service decided. We went back and forth so many times. In the end, they decided it was just a smidge out of warranty, and it cost us MORE THAN $10k and a lot of time & effort. We were told that since it was our first Audi and we weren’t “loyal customers” Everything you read online about Audi being unreliable and expensive is true — trust it. I wish we had - I assumed it wouldn’t be true because its a premium brand, but it was the least premium experience we’ve had as consumers (and we’ve owned many brands of cars). I have contributed a number of reviews to various platforms. All 5 stars. I hate writing a bad review, but I really wanted to share this in hopes of saving another family from what we went through. If you are going to buy an Audi, I suggest thoroughly researching the class action lawsuits on the make and model so that you at least know. More
